I am one of the founders of Wilbridge Consultation Center (1986).  Our original vision included bringing together an eclectic group of health care practitioners that would provide a wide range of services for people in life transitions.  It was important to us to create a holistic approach, including both mental health and body work experts.  We have been doing this successfully for 21 years.

I have been in private practice doing psychotherapy with individuals, groups and couples for 30 years.  I am a Psychiatric Nurse Clinical Specialist with post-graduate training in psychosynthesis, systems family and couples therapy and sex therapy.  I am also a certified EMDR consultant.

I have experience working with a wide range of social and emotional issues.  I specialize in dealing with people experiencing physical, sexual, or emotional trauma as well as those experiencing relationship or sexual problems (heterosexual and homosexual).  My approach is holistic, psycho-spiritual and a synthesis of all my training and years of practice.  I believe that each person is innately equipped with all it takes to be their own best person.  The therapist is a guide and fellow traveler on this journey.

Therapy Rates:

$125.00 per session

Payment Type:

• Cash or check at the time of appointment
• Will submit insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
